Sam was very professional and polite, he answered all my concerns on this project.
We appreciate your feedback. We are glad Sam could assist you with your project concerns.
It was an excellent experience to speak with Joe and review all the details of the proposal. He was informative, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and so much more. At no time did we feel we were being pressured into selecting options such as what type and color of shingles to use and other parts of the proposal the knowledge of which I didn’t have. He is most deserving of a big fat bonus.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We appreciate your kind words about Joe and will ensure your comments are shared.
Great job from original quote to getting the job accomplished. My shed looks better than when it was first built. Trim and shingles were the perfect match. Added metal trim at sharp bends in roof will definitely last a long time.
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled your shed looks fantastic and the repairs are built to last.
